SnowPlus vaporizers are made in our world-class lab, which adheres to strict international standards.
Our labs are accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, which is also recognized by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation and the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation. This means that SnowPlus quality control tests are recognized in 50 countries and regions and by 65 institutions.
But, at SnowPlus we never settle for anything less than the best. So, we've also created our own set of safety standards that goes above and beyond the bare minimum. The 67-page document builds on the internationally recognized regulations to set a higher bar for our products, from devices to e-liquids.
These products then undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet the SnowPlus standard before ever leaving the lab. For example, machines that simulate human inhalation take 100 puffs to check vapor for harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde. If any batch of pods were to ever fail this test, they would not be released onto the market.
The steps we take to guarantee quality don’t just end there however, products have to pass a variety of tests in order to be shipped out.
Ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) is also used to analyze every ingredient in our e-liquids for impurities. This e-liquid is made up of a proprietary mixture of vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, food-grade flavorings and medical-grade nicotine salts. Besides nicotine salts, all other ingredients are commonly used in everyday food and medical products.
